Juan Porro began his real estate career at The Related Group of Florida. At the Miami-based firm Porro served as Project Manager and Vice President of Development for several projects consisting of both Garden-Style and High-Rise type buildings. In 2000, he became Vice President of Archstone responsible for Development and Investments in the State of Florida. During his tenure at Archstone, the company completed four rental apartment projects consisting of both Garden-Style and Mid-Rise type buildings. From 2004 through 2010, Juan Porro founded Cobalt Development and completed three condominium projects. These three projects consisted of both midrise and high rise buildings. Presently, Juan Porro helps lead with Pepe Fanjul, Jr. the real estate development division of Florida Crystals Corporation, FCI Residential Corporation. The current portfolio consists of approximately 3,500 units either completed, in construction or under the entitlement process. FCI Residential Corporation has in-house Financing, Development, Construction and Property Management capabilities. Juan Porro graduated Suma Cum Laude from Babson College in Wellesley, MA where he double majored in Finance and Investments. He earned his MBA from the University of Michigan Business School, with a concentration in both Finance and Real Estate.
