Mr. Getz’s real estate professionalism is a direct result of firsthand experience at ZOM, JPI and The Related Group of Florida cumulating in the development of over five thousand units during his career dating back to 1994. Mike has an MBA from Rollins College with a concentration in Finance and a BS in Landscape Architecture from Purdue University. Mr. Getz has been successful in establishing and implementing proforma expectations, asset performance and ostensibly investor value with on time delivery of projects within budget. As Development Director for FCI Residential Corp, Mike is responsible for overseeing the various aspects of the development process. The continuity of management from the onset of design through completion and stabilization is a cornerstone of FCI Residential’s philosophy.
