Colleen is the Director of Property Management for FCI Residential. In her role, she is responsible for leading the Property Management team to achieve the company goals for the portfolio. Overseeing the Operations and Marketing of the portfolio, Colleen and her team ensure smooth operations for all team members and commitment to excellence in customer service for all FCI residents. Colleen started her career with Trammell Crow Residential / Gables Residential. During her tenure with Trammell Crow/ Gables, Colleen managed portfolios in South Florida and Washington, DC. Colleen then moved to The Bainbridge Companies and developed their Training Department, developing all courses and platforms for the company. This position allowed Colleen to train team members throughout the state of Florida, the Mid-Atlantic region, the Carolinas, and Georgia. Colleen has a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and International Business.
