Andrea Martinez is the Operations Manager for FCI Residential. Andrea is responsible for assisting in the oversight, management, and direction of the company’s daily operations. Andrea’s primary focus is working within the RealPage Operating System, ensuring all communities are working at optimum potential and efficiency. Andrea came to FCI Residential with 5 years of multifamily housing experience and over 10 years of student housing experience. Having started in the industry as a Leasing Agent, Andrea takes pride in understanding all facets of the on-site world and being able to provide support at any level to all FCI team members. Andrea is a proud graduate of the University of Florida-College of Journalism & Communications (Go Gators!), an animal lover, and a true believer that a great work ethic combined with the willingness to learn will take you far.
