Pepe Fanjul, Jr.

Pepe Fanjul, Jr. is Executive Vice President of Florida Crystals Corporation and President of its subsidiary, FCI Residential Corporation. His corporate duties include control and direction of the all real estate development and investments, including their Florida land holdings, the Central Romana and Casa de Campo operations, government affairs, and corporate communications. Mr. Fanjul is also a Founding Partner and Senior Advisor of BlueGate Partners, a boutique real estate investment banking firm. He also serves as General Partner and member of the investment committee of the company sponsored Atlantic Creek Real Estate Funds. Mr. Fanjul holds a B.A and an MBA from the University of Miami.
